            <div type="translation" xml:lang="DE" resp="Klaus Hallof"><ab xmlns="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0"><lb n="1"/>Unter dem Archon Nikomachos; die<lb n="2"/>Pandionis hatte die siebte Prytanie inne;<lb n="3"/>am neunundzwanzigsten (Tag) der Pry-<lb n="4"/>tanie; von den Vorsitzenden leitete die Abstimmung<lb n="5"/>Aristomachos aus dem Demos Oion; Onesippos<lb n="6"/>aus dem Demos Araphen<hi rend="sup">II</hi> war Sekretär; Beschluss<lb n="7"/>des Volkes; Hippostratos S.d. Etear-<lb n="8"/>chides aus dem Demos Pallene stellte den Antrag: dass<lb n="9"/>auch den Elaiousiern dasselbe zuteil werde, was<lb n="10"/>das Volk für die Chersonesiten beschlossen hat;<lb n="11"/>dass der General Chares sich<lb n="12"/>ihrer annehme in derselben<lb n="13"/>Art und Weise, so dass die Elai-<lb n="14"/>ousier im Besitz des Ihrigen fair und gerecht<lb n="15"/>zusammen mit den Athenern auf der<lb n="16"/>Chersonnes wohnen; und dass man die Elai-<lb n="17"/>ousier zum Festbankett lade in das Pry-<lb n="18"/>taneion für morgen.</ab></div><div type="translation" xml:lang="EN" resp="Stephen Lambert"><ab xmlns="http://www.tei-c.org/ns/1.0"><lb n="1"/>In the archonship of Nikomachos (341/0), in the<lb n="2"/>seventh prytany, of Pandionis.<lb n="3"/>On the twenty-ninth of the prytany.<lb n="4"/>Of the presiding committee<lb n="5"/>Aristomachos of Oion was putting to the vote. Onesippos<lb n="6"/>of Araphen was secretary.<lb n="7"/>The People decided. Hippostratos son of<lb n="8"/>Etearchides of Pallene proposed: what<lb n="9"/>the People have decreed for the Chersonesians<lb n="10"/>is to apply also to the Elaiousians,<lb n="11"/>and the general Chares<lb n="12"/>is to take care of them in the same<lb n="13"/>way, so that the Elaiousians may possess<lb n="14"/>what is theirs and live on a fair and<lb n="15"/>just basis with the Athenians in<lb n="16"/>the Chersonese; and to invite the<lb n="17"/>Elaiousians to dinner in the city hall<lb n="18"/>tomorrow.</ab></div>
